Veronica L. Elko, D.C. provides leadership, direction, and control for
all aspects of the chiropractic care paradigm compatible with the best
long- and short-term interests of FSC and the patient base. In
addition, Dr. Elko coordinates the overall management of the health and
wellness promotion program, including organizing and conducting health
education seminars and presentations. While attending Palmer, Dr. Elko
was selected to deliver chiropractic care to underserved populations in
India for three weeks in the summer of 2006. Her experience
allowed her the opportunity to provide care to a wide age range and a
variety of conditions, further sharpening her tactile and diagnostic
skills. Dr. Elko graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Northern
Colorado in 2002 with a Bachelors of Art in Human Biology and was the
Valedictorian of her class at Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida in

STEPHEN
FLYNN,
D.C., C.S.C.S.
Chiropractic Doctor/Director of Rehabilitation

Stephen J. Flynn, D.C., C.S.C.S. is responsible for guiding and
directing rehabilitation activities in conjunction with chiropractic
care. Rehabilitation services will be offered to those patients under
chiropractic care as well as those not under direct care. Dr. Flynn is a
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength
and Conditioning Association. He has had previous experience in the
strength and conditioning industry as an employee of the International
Performance Institute in Bradenton, Florida, and as an intern in the
University of New Hampshire’s Phase III Cardiac Rehabilitation program.
He graduated Cum Laude from the University of New Hampshire in 2000 with
a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) and graduated
Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida in 2006.

| Dr.'s Elko and Flynn, members of the American Chiropractic Association, are licensed to practice by the state of Maine Office of Licensing and Registration. The FSC chiropractors were required to pass five (5) board exams administered by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, including an exam on physiotherapy. Both Doctors Elko and Flynn are trained in Graston Instrument Soft Tissue Manipulation, Flexion-Distraction, and Activator Methods. |
